Relaxing Campfire Cooking campfire cooking in Sequoia National Park at R Ranch in California.

Campfire Wild Alaskan Halibut Recipe:
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Handful of fresh basil
2 TB of dry marjoram
3 TB of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 lbs of halibut
Tinfoil

-Place halibut on tinfoil
-Season halibut with salt, pepper, and marjoram, on both sides
-Add a handful of fresh basil leaves land cherry tomatoes eaves on top of fish
-Add butter on top
-Close tinfoil so it makes a tight packet
-Cook on campfire for 10 -15 minutes

Campfire Wild Alaskan Salmon Recipe:
3 Thai chilies
3 TB of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb of salmon
Tinfoil

-Place salmon on tinfoil
-Season salmon with salt and pepper on both sides
-Place thinly chopped Thai peppers on salmon
-Add butter on top
-Close tinfoil so it makes a tight packet
-Cook on campfire for 10 -15 minutes
(the left over salmon makes an excellent sandwich the next day. Just mix the left over meat with mayo and spread on fresh bread)
